what’s this all about ?

Soooo I figured I would give a little background on what exactly this page is about. I created Vegg_table originally to share my love of simple recipes on Instagram and since have fallen in love with all things wellness! On this site you can find everything from nutritious recipes that all levels of experience will love, wellness motivation and the occasional blog post from myself sharing my journey along the way with you. I want to make healthy recipes accessible to all- as I myself am quite beginner. Over the past several years I have learned a lot about nutrition from College courses, books I have found on my own time and just living life. I am even working my way towards becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach and am loving every minute of the course. I also will share my exercise routines and what I find works best for me! Personally, the health and fitness fam I have discovered via Social media as been extremely motivating and encouraging along the way. My hope is to bring a new perspective to wellness. Instead of dreading eating healthy and exercising I promise you can look forward to it! I truly believe wellness is allllll about balance. You dont need to starve yourself and you dont have to say no to wine nights- but you DO need to stay aware of how you treat your body both physically and mentally! I hope this page brings some inspiration to those that struggle with staying on track as it has helped me tremendously. Lets get balanced-together!
